Sweetgrass Planned Unit Development

Cheyenne, WY | Mixed-Use Master Planned Development

Since planning and design for this 2,300-acre project began in 2010, our principal partners have been engaged with the client. We continue to work with the original owners to raise the bar; promoting design excellence in planning, entitlements, and project management services as this unique project continues to grow into a destination mixed-use “city within a city”.

The PUD Zoning and development standards developed and amended by Palma Land Planning is the structural backbone of the project – cultivating an exceptional environment on a scale not found elsewhere in the region. The combination of housing diversity and commercial uses, along with proximity to Laramie County Community College, the public/private partnership to create a Greenway underpass to Highway 212, and the extensive public & private open space and trail network all contribute to making Sweetgrass a unique and invigorating place to live, work and play.
