Palma Land Planning has worked with the owners of this property, first in 2017 to develop a vacant site for a modern and unique professional office building for an innovative design firm, then again in 2023 to move the client to nearby offices and redevelop the building for a local social hangout including coffee, drinks, events, and ghost-kitchen food service by a premier local restaurant.
