Palma Land Planning worked with the property owners to plan and develop a ±4.5-acre development site at a major intersection in East Cheyenne. The project has become a lively hub of activity from morning coffee to late-night drinks.

Palma Land Planning led the coordination of the successful project managing to integrate required parking and circulation with the utilities, engineering, drainage and proposed high-traffic uses on such a small and highly visible site along two arterial roadways.
