Palma Land Planning worked with the developer to plan, design, & develop this multi-family neighborhood with amenities including public and private trails systems – connecting the neighborhood’s private park areas to the larger trail network and surrounding neighborhoods. Regulations developed by PLP, along with close design consultation with the builder and developer resulted in a complex of buildings that complement the surrounding neighborhood character and are cohesive with the adjacent single-family housing. As of February 2024, eight of the buildings are constructed and four of them are occupied – while the rest of the project is targeted for completion in 2025.
