Previously co-located with the neighboring skin clinic, Adora Day Spa is a local favorite which was quickly running out of sufficient space to accommodate their client demands. When an adjacent property became available, they quickly engaged Palma Land Planning to help them design a new standalone site for their growing business.

Despite many challenges in both physical constraints and land entitlement complexities, PLP was able to successfully design, and find approval for, a site that would meet their needs. Scheduled to open in early 2024, the standalone project is poised to continue the reputation as the premier med/spa in Cheyenne.
