Mr. Palma is an experienced design, construction, and planning project professional with diverse experience of every scale in both private-sector and government/ regulatory environments.

A Certified Planner with the American Planning Association’s Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Casey’s Environmental Design background makes him well equipped to provide management of client projects from planning and design development through construction. Casey is a Certified Planner with the American Planning Association, Local Chapter Member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and member of the Wyoming Planning Association (WyoPASS) – awarded the New Planner of the Year in 2011.

Casey estimates he has easily made several hundred presentations to Cheyenne and Laramie County Regulatory bodies without (yet) putting anybody to sleep.
